Windows 7 - The New XP?

Microsoft released Windows 10 a little over two years ago. Even with "free" licensing, it only has a 29% share of Window OS installs. Microsoft will cease Window 7 support on January 14, 2020.

I've been using Linux more and more every day.

Gregg Keizer, Senior Reporter for Computerworld has written an interesting analysis comparing Windows XP and Windows 7 in time frames similar to their demise. It is a fairly long article, but I thought it was interesting.

Not only do I not know what's going on, I wouldn't know what to do about it if I did.
